Updated version 0.2 to 0.2b

0.2b is a minor version with several little improvements:
- crosshair cursor when moving tasks
- button at page bottom for show/hide page text and show only the board
- fadeIn/fadeOut effects at create/destroy task
Version 0.2 is out!

VirtualKanban 0.2 has been released today.
We have great improvements:
- customizable number of columns
- headers of columns are customizables
- progress bar in tasks (great contribution from Octavio Benedi)
I have noticed a weird behaviour when passing a task to an empty column from another very populated column: if the task won't drop there, try to situate it near the center of the empty column and it will fit.

Actual version 0.1 features:
- Drag & drop tasks between columns
- Number of colums is fixed to 3: pending, in process, done
- Tasks text can be edited
- Tasks can be deleted
- Board can be used offline saving the web page to your local computer
